Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms of service (hereinafter "ToS") define the terms and conditions of use of the Bébou mobile application (hereinafter "the Application"), as well as the rights and obligations of its users.

By using the Application, you unconditionally accept these ToS. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Access to the Service

The Application is available for free on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android) platforms. Some features may require a paid subscription.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice, without entitling you to any compensation.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The Application offers free features as well as premium features accessible through a paid auto-renewable subscription.

• Available subscriptions and their prices are displayed in the Application before any purchase
• Payment is processed by the download platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), not directly by Bébou
• The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period (monthly or yearly depending on the chosen plan), unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• The renewal amount is the same as the initial price, unless prior notice of a price change is given
• No cancellation takes effect during the active subscription period

If a free trial is offered, its duration and included features are clearly indicated before activation. At the end of the trial period, the paid subscription is automatically activated unless previously canceled.

To cancel your subscription: go to your device Settings > your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) > Subscriptions > Bébou > Cancel subscription.

Refunds are managed by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. Bébou does not directly process payments or refunds.

4. User Account

To access certain features, you must create a user account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Immediately report any unauthorized use of your account
• Not create multiple accounts for the same person

You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Use of the Application

The Application is intended for daily tracking of your baby's well-being (feeding, sleep, care, etc.). You agree to use the Application in accordance with its intended purpose and these ToS.

The following is prohibited:

• Using the Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems or networks related to the Application
• Reproducing, copying, or reselling all or part of the Application
• Introducing viruses or other malicious code

6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Application (text, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws. They are the exclusive property of Bébou or its partners.

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation of all or part of these elements is strictly prohibited.

The Application is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or available without interruption.

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Application
• Loss of data or information
• Temporary service interruptions
• Decisions made based on information provided by the Application

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication in the Application. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notification in the Application.

Continued use of the Application after the publication of modified ToS constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Application and delete your account at any time from the Application settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these ToS, without notice and without compensation.

11. Applicable Law

These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts.
